Doing my daily 30 minute brisk walk (to get the heart pumping!) round the garden today encouraged by the beautiful apple blossom and scent of the hawthorn - so much so that Pepper's disdainful look for my efforts didn't put me off!

Think I've spotted both English and Spanish bluebells in the garden. Lots of the English ones, particularly under the sycamore tree down near the bottom of the stream and just one small clump of the Spanish found so far out on its own on the bank in front of the Barn.

Waiting with anticipation to hear what the Prime Minister says next week about plans to allow life to slowly start to return to normal.
At the briefing yesterday he suggested there could be options available to the tourism industry that may help holiday cottages like ours to think about how and when we can start to welcome Guests again.
We'll be watching the news closely and looking forward to opening safely when we can.
